NEW YEARS DAY

a bit of a southerly swell made it into some spots but not others...we ended up lancelin where it was pretty messy but had some waves, there were some tow-ins on the outer reefs but nothing that great....got out early to get these pics of willzy

Greg Budgen wins the KSA circuit

Congrats to Budgie for winning the 2010 KSA circuit, personally i think he owes all of us in the west since it
was our competition in Dec 09 at Secret Harbour that got him warmed up for his big win (and i do remember Blair taking the honours that day)....anyway well done and remember to let us all know if you
head west again so we can rig the next comp

AN EARLY SUMMER

as the weather warms up and the crowds swarm down to the beach, getting a wave to yourself is
becoming increasingly more difficult, i have resorted to 4.30am starts and mid week trips.....
here are some pics of surfing without a crowd. have fun guessing where each pic was taken...
but included is a pretty big morning at the farm where i got to surf all alone plus some of lano
